Redefining Slab Construction

Maximizing value and efficiency in modern construction

PERI Aluminium Slab Formwork enables efficient construction of large flat slab areas, such as car porches, podiums, mezzanines, facilities, open areas, and double-volume spaces, using minimal labour. 

What’s more, for double-volume or open-space areas requiring shoring, the system offers full compatibility with the PERI shoring system, such as PERI UP and PERI UP MD (formerly known as PS100). With the same PERI prop head, it can be used directly with PERI UP.

With PERI filler strip panel, early striking is also possible by installing intermediate props for back-propping under the filler strip before striking the system. The filler strip panels, in combination with the props, provide direct support for the load transfer until the concrete has finally hardened.

 

  • Fast, Lightweight, High Load

    The 1m x 2m powder-coated deck panels are suitable for slab thickness up to 400mm thick (without intermediate supports), with an extended usable lifespan with proper care and maintenance.

    With the panel weighing only 29.5 kg, they are easily handled with just two workers without the need for heavy lifting equipment. 

  • Simple, Efficient and Cost-Effective

    PERI Aluminium Slab Formwork consists of only 3 main components - PERI Aluminium Slab panel, PERI prop head, and PERI prop.

    PERI Aluminium Slab panel can be set up and dismantled with just two workers. The panels are simply tilted up and locked onto the PERI prop head, so the system is safe to operate with a semi-skilled worker with basic training.
