Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Establish PERI as reliable and premium supplier for formwork with a substantial market share.
  • Lead and motivate sales team in daily operations
  • Find new profitable business fields and take ncecessary action to penetrate these fields
  • Identifying potential PERI customers and establish long term relationship, while maintaining current ones.
  • Find cost-effective formwork and scaffolding for every customer.
  • Apply PERI business models in accordance to customers' budget, while controlling PERIs financial.
  • Managing a sales force in a very dynamic business environment.
  • Challenging projects in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams

Job Requirement

  • Preferably Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business
  • Working experience of at least 6-10 years in sales in the construction industry or related industry (preferably formwork industry)
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Result oriented personnel
  • Engineering background ideally formwork and/or scaffolding
  • Very good communication, interpresonal and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
