Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Manage the National Sales Team of PERI Malaysia successfully in the pursuit of its goals to be the supplier of first choice for customers in Malaysia.
Lead and motivate the sales team in daily operations in line with the business goals established.
Find new profitable business fields and take necessary action to penetrate these fields.
Identifying potential PERI customers and establish long term relationship, while maintaining current ones.
Find cost-effective formwork and scaffolding for every customer.
Apply PERI business models in accordance to customers’ budget, and in accordance with PERI's terms and conditions.
Managing a sales force in a very dynamic business environment with a view on employee development as a priority.
Participate in PERI Malaysia's joint management concept with PERI Singapore, fulfilling a functional management role to the sales team of PERI Singapore.

Competencies and Experiences

Preferably Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business.
Working experience of at least 5- 10 years in sales management in Forming, Shoring and Scaffolding industries, or very similiar
Leadership and coaching skills.
Result oriented.
