Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and researching the market to present the most effective strategy for the Industrial segment
  • Guiding, motivating and monitoring the sales team to achieve given targets.
  • Continuously assessing sales team product knowledge and training programs.
  • Active participation in the project management along the PERI value chain: proposal creation, negotiation, contract conclusion, technical design coordination, invoicing coordination and collection management
  • Objective to sell and rent scaffolding, fittings and engineering solutions to the contractors in the PERI Malaysia portfolio regions.
  • Present PERI as reliable and high quality service supplier of scaffolding and other related services within the Industrial segment.
  • Expand PERI’s market share within the segment while also presenting offers or product demonstrations to the building and infra segments.
  • Establish, manage and maintain key customer accounts
  • Establish and succeed to present PERI Product Strategy to the decision makers in the Oil and Gas Industry i.e Petronas, Shell, Qatar Petroleum for PERI to be included as a reliable vendor of top quality products.
  • See to the well being and maintaining current customers.
  • Apply PERI Product Strategy and offering the most suitable and cost effective solution Negotiate contracts that are profitable for PERI and are in line with PERI Sales and Credit Policy
  • Coordinating and managing the project from offer phase until project close-out and final account.
  • Explaining invoices to the customer and ensuring correct interpretation
  • Ensure customer account conduct is within agreed payment terms as per PERI contract.


  • Create and maintain contacts in the construction industry and introduce PERI to defined target opportunities
  • Work closely with management to define strategy and implementation process and to demonstrate what the market requires.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or related industry (preferably formwork of scaffolding  industry)
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies and needs

  • Knowledge of the industry (existing network) in Malaysia

  • Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently
