KVMRT Package V8, Kajang

Location: Kajang, Malaysia

Package V8 starts from Taman Mesra and ends at Kajang Station (4.6 km main line); It includes 1.8 km spur line of southbound and northbound single track spur line viaduct to the proposed Kajang Depot. There are 3 elevated stations along this package namely Sungai Kantan, Bandar Kajang and Kajang Stations.


  • One of the major challenges faced by the contractor was to ensure public safety during the tight constrution schedule.
