Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Establish PERI as reliable and high-quality service supplier for formwork, shoring and scaffolding
• Continuously expand market share
• Manage and develop key customer accounts
• Identifying potential PERI new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products and services for customers.
• Finding the most cost-effective formwork and shoring solution for every customer
• Apply PERI Product Strategy and offering the most suitable solution to meet customer needs.
• Negotiate and closing sales that are profitable for PERI and are in line with PERI Sales and Credit Policy
• Coordinating and managing the project from offer phase until project close-out
• Explaining invoices to the customer and ensuring correct interpretation
• Ensure customer keeps payment deadlines

Interdependencies/Interfaces

• Follow company workflow and process
• Use sales tools effectively
• Cooperate with sale team in sales support to ensure productivity
• Work closely with engineering department on projects
• Check material availability and delivery schedule with warehouse
• Discuss invoicing together with Order Management
• Follow up on payments with Finance Department
• Maintain sales pipelines and inform Demand Planner for future requirements
• Open for learning, adopting new sales skills and knowledge

Competencies and Experiences

• Working experience of at least 3-5 years in Industrial services sales with knowledge/contacts in the Industrial sector. Construction experience important but not imperative.
• Fluent in English.

Cooperation and Communication

• Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Good organization skills.
