Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Sell and rent formwork, scaffolding and engineering solutions to the contractors in the northern region

  • Coordination our sales operations in the northern region (communication with internal departments)

  • Active participation in the project management along the PERI value chain: proposal creation and negotiation, contract conclusion, technical design coordination, invoicing coordination, collection management

  • Analyzing the market and contribute to the most suitable sales strategy for the northern states

  • Guiding and management of the local sales team

Interdependencies / Interfaces

  • Create and maintain contacts in the construction industry and introduce PERI to defined target opportunities
  • Work closely with management to define strategy and implementation process

Competencies and Experiences

  • Several years (min. 3 yrs.) of experience in construction or related industry (preferably formwork of scaffolding  industry, or other suppliers)
  • Engineering background with strong sales skills
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Hokkien
  • Confident and objective appearance/ personality
  • Knowledge of the industry (existing network) in the northern region

Cooperation and communication

  • Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently
