Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Establish PERI as reliable and high quality service supplier for formwork components
  • Continuously expand market share
  • Manage and develop key customer accounts
  • Identifying potential PERI customers and establish long term relationship, which maintaining current ones
  • Finding the most cost-effective formwork and shoring solution for every customer
  • Apply PERI Product Strategy and offering the most suitable solution
  • Negotiate contracts that are profitable for PERI and are in line with PERI Sales adn Credit Policy
  • Coordinating and managing the project from offer phase until project close-out
  • Explaining invoices to the customer and ensuring correct interpretation
  • Ensure customer keeps payment deadlines

Interdependencies/Interfaces

  • Check material availability and delivery schedule with warehouse
  • Discuss invoicing together with Order Management
  • Follow up on payments with Finance Department
  • Maintain sales pipeline and inform Demand Planner of future requirements

Competencies and Experiences

  • Working experience of at least 2-3 years in sales in the construction industry or related industry (preferably formwork industry)
  • Fluent in English

Cooperation and Communication

  • Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Good organizational skills
