Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Building up the new trade business segment at PERI Malaysia
  • Establishing a substantial revenue contributor and successful positioning of PERI Malaysia
  • Commercial responsibility for the business segment
  • Analyzing and build-up of the most suitable sales channels in Malaysia
  • Acquire new clients groups and application fields
  • Deeping business with existing clients
  • Demand and stock planning 

Interdependencies / Interfaces

  • Procurement / Purchase coordination
  • Coordination and support of sale via formwork sales engineers
  • Local sourcing within PERI quality policy
  • Working closely with local warehouse management to define storage processes and stock planning

Competencies and Experiences

  • Several years of experience in trade and sales to resellers and/or end-users in the construction or formwork industry
  • Graduate in business administration or commercial or engineering background
  • Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken)
  • Confident and objective appearance/personality
  • Ability to create business development vision and translate into an effective sales strategy.

Cooperation and communication

  • Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently
