The new Generation of Circular Formwork

For the construction of sewage treatment plants, spiral ramps for multistorey car parks, biogas facilities, silos and other circular structures, there are always different radii to form. The low amount of usage per formwork panel and radius is the norm here. Assembly, modifications and re-assembly of the formwork is extremely expensive.

PERI RUNDFLEX Plus solves this problem with rentable, adjustable standard panels. From 2.00 m upwards, each radius can be continuously adjusted and formed.

The innovative construction with continuous fitted walers - each rigidly connected by 2 pins - allows perfect curvatures also for large radii without requiring any additional measures. This detail makes the formwork insensitive to differences in the pouring height during concreting.

With RUNDFLEX Plus panels, the formlining is screwed on at the rear. As a result, high-quality concrete surfaces without impressions from screws or other fastening means are achieved.
